Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Remove the membrane from the ribs.

  4. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
  5. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil.
  6. Bake in the oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  7. Remove the ribs from the oven and uncover.
  8. Brush barbecue sauce on the ribs.
  9. Grill the ribs on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
