- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove the membrane from the ribs.
- Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
- Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil.
- Bake in the oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and uncover.
- Brush barbecue sauce on the ribs.
- Grill the ribs on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight.
- Adjust the barbecue sauce to your taste.
- Use a meat thermometer to check doneness.
