Instructions
- Remove steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks generously with salt and black pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil in the skillet or brush it on the grill.
- Add steaks to the hot surface and cook for 4-5 minutes on one side.
- Flip the steaks and add garlic and rosemary on top.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes for medium-rare doneness.
- Remove steaks from heat and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
