Instructions
- In a bowl, mix corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Form mixture into balls.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the balls until golden brown on all sides.
- In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, and hot sauce for the dipping sauce.
- Serve the Reuben balls with the spicy dipping sauce.
