Instructions

  3. Add onion and celery, cooking until soft.
  4. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes and herbs.
  5. Pour the onion mixture over the bread and mix well.
  6. Add broth gradually until the mixture is moist but not soggy.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes until golden.
