Instructions

- Whip egg whites until frothy, then gradually add granulated sugar.
- Add red food coloring to the egg whites.
- Fold the almond mixture into the egg whites.
- Pipe the mixture onto baking sheets.
- Let them rest for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Cool completely before filling with ganache.
- Decorate with melted chocolate to create reindeer features.
