Description
A light and refreshing dessert made with Greek yogurt and jello.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup jello (any flavor)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in warm water.
- Mix jello with Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Add dissolved gelatin to the yogurt mixture.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Serve and enjoy.
Notes
- Use any flavor of jello you like.
- Adjust sweetness by adding sugar to yogurt if desired.
- Can be topped with fresh fruits.
