Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on a baking sheet and make an indentation in the center.
- Fill each indentation with cream cheese mixture.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Use mini chocolate chips for a different texture.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
