Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on a baking sheet and make an indentation in the center.
  9. Fill each indentation with cream cheese mixture.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  11. Let cool before serving.
