Description

Delicious red velvet truffles coated in chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup red velvet cake crumbs
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese frosting
  • 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Mix red velvet cake crumbs and cream cheese frosting in a bowl.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls.
  3. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate.
  6. Place truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top of the truffles.
  8. Chill until the chocolate hardens.
