Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
- Add egg, vanilla, and food coloring to the butter mixture.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients.
- Roll dough into balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Make an indentation in the center of each ball.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cookies cool.
- Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar, then fill the centers of cookies.
