A rich and creamy red velvet cheesecake with an Oreo crust.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup red velvet cake mix
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in sour cream, vanilla, red velvet cake mix, and milk.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream on top.
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
- Use gel food coloring for a deeper red color.
