Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together.
- Add the egg, red food coloring, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
