- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add eggs, food coloring, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

- For a cream cheese frosting, mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla.
