  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add eggs, food coloring, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until combined.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set.
  9. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
