Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in sour cream, vanilla, red food coloring, and flour until combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  9. Cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
