Delicious red velvet cheesecake brownie bars with a rich cream cheese layer.
Ingredients

- 1 box red velvet cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the red velvet cake mix, vegetable oil, and 2 eggs.
- Spread half of the batter into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the red velvet batter.
- Dollop the remaining red velvet batter on top and swirl with a knife.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Try adding nuts for extra texture.
- These bars are best served chilled.
