- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine red velvet cake mix, cream cheese, sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a greased mini muffin pan.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before removing from the pan.
