Description

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 15×10 inch jelly roll pan and line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Add oil, vanilla, and food coloring to the egg mixture and mix well.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
  7. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. While the cake is hot, roll it with the parchment paper and let it cool.
  10. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  11. Unroll the cooled cake, spread the frosting, and roll it up again.
  12. Chill for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.
