A creamy and delicious red velvet banana pudding dessert.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of red velvet cake crumbs
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a saucepan, whisk together milk, heavy cream, sugar, and cornstarch over medium heat.
- Cook until the mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- In a serving dish, layer the red velvet cake crumbs, banana slices, and pudding mixture.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with pudding on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
- Add chocolate shavings for extra decoration.
