- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces linguine or spaghetti
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the white wine, simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the parsley and cooked pasta. Toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
