Instructions
- Wash the red cabbage under cold water.
- Remove the outer leaves and cut the cabbage into quarters.
- Slice the cabbage into thin strips.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and honey.
- Add the sliced cabbage to the bowl and toss until well coated.
- Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
