Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water.
- Boil 4 cups of water in a pot and add the rice.
- Cook for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Mix in cooked rice and soy sauce.
- Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.

- Adjust soy sauce amount to your taste.
