Delicious raspberry swirl cupcakes with a creamy frosting.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour and sugar.
- Add butter and mix until creamy.
- Add eggs, milk, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Gently fold in raspberries.
- Pour batter into cupcake liners.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool completely.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar for frosting.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes and swirl with extra raspberries.
Notes
- Store cupcakes in an airtight container.
- Use frozen raspberries if fresh are not available.
