Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. Add butter, milk, and egg. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in raspberry puree and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour batter into cupcake liners.
  6. Use a toothpick to swirl additional raspberry puree into the batter.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  8. Let cool completely.
  9. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  10. Frost the cooled cupcakes with the cream cheese mixture.
