Delicious raspberry swirl cupcakes with a creamy frosting.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup raspberry puree
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add butter, milk, and egg. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in raspberry puree and vanilla extract.
- Pour batter into cupcake liners.
- Use a toothpick to swirl additional raspberry puree into the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Let cool completely.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes with the cream cheese mixture.
