Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pot, combine raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and water.
- Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
