Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pie crust
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla.
- Pour the raspberry mixture into the pie crust.
- Dab butter on top of the filling.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the crust is golden.
- Let it cool before serving.
