Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, butter, powdered sugar, and salt until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  6. Gently fold in the raspberries.
  7. Pour the raspberry mixture over the baked crust.
  8. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until set.
  9. Let cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar and cutting into squares.
