Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup custard

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, and egg.
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Punch down the dough and divide it into equal pieces.
  8. Flatten each piece and place a spoonful of custard and a few raspberries in the center.
  9. Fold the dough over to seal the filling inside.
  10. Place the buns on a baking sheet and let them rise for 30 minutes.
  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  12. Let the buns cool before serving.
