Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt.
- Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, combine raspberries, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
- Spread the raspberry mixture over the crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before slicing into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute frozen raspberries.
- Add nuts for extra crunch.
