A rich and creamy raspberry chocolate chunk ice cream that combines the tartness of raspberries with chunks of dark chocolate.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar until sugar dissolves.
- Blend in raspberries and vanilla extract.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- During the last few minutes of churning, add dark chocolate chunks.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a smoother texture, blend raspberries before adding them.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
- Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
