Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Add crushed graham crackers, raspberries, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper to set.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
