  • Sour cream: 240 grams (1 cup).
  • Fresh raspberries: 250 grams (2 cups).
  • Raspberry sauce: Made from fresh raspberries and sugar.
  • Extra fresh raspberries: For garnishing.
  • Whipped cream: For topping.

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by setting aside the pre-made graham cracker crust or making your own with crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add granulated sugar.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then mix in vanilla extract and fold in sour cream.
