- 1 cup buffalo sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, celery, and green onions.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
