Ingredients
- Ramen noodles: 2 packs, either fresh or instant.
- Bell peppers: 1 cup, sliced.
- Broccoli: 1 cup, cut into small florets.
- Carrots: 1 cup, julienned or thinly sliced.
- Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons.
- Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons.
- Garlic: 3 cloves, minced.
- Ginger: 1 tablespoon, minced or grated.
- Green onions: 1/4 cup, chopped.
Instructions
- Prepare the ramen noodles by boiling them in water for 3-4 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- Chop the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots into appropriate sizes.
- If using protein, cook it in a skillet with sesame oil until browned and cooked through, then set aside.
