Description

Colorful and fun twist on traditional deviled eggs.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Food coloring (red, yellow, blue, green, purple)

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and salt to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
  5. Divide the yolk mixture into separate bowls for coloring.
  6. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and mix until well combined.
  7. Fill each egg white with the colored yolk mixture.
  8. Arrange the eggs on a platter and serve.

Notes

  • Use gel food coloring for brighter colors.
  • Chill the eggs before serving for best taste.
