Simple and quick side dishes for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients
- Green beans – 1 lb
- Garlic – 4 cloves
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Cranberries – 1 cup
- Walnuts – 1/2 cup
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Wash and trim green beans.
- Chop garlic and walnuts.
- Toss green beans with garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 15 minutes.
- Add cranberries and walnuts, roast for another 5 minutes.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning as desired.
- Can substitute almonds for walnuts.
