Ingredients

  • Green beans – 1 lb
  • Garlic – 4 cloves
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Cranberries – 1 cup
  • Walnuts – 1/2 cup
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Wash and trim green beans.
  3. Chop garlic and walnuts.
  4. Toss green beans with garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast for 15 minutes.
  7. Add cranberries and walnuts, roast for another 5 minutes.

  • Adjust seasoning as desired.
  • Can substitute almonds for walnuts.
