Ingredients

- 200g pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and cook pasta according to package instructions.
- While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and dried basil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Drain pasta and add it to the sauce. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot topped with grated Parmesan cheese.

- Use any pasta shape you prefer.
- Add cooked vegetables or protein for extra nutrition.
