- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
