Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  5. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
