Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Shred chicken with a fork before serving.
