- 150g spinach
- 250g pasta
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add beef mince, cook until browned.
- Add canned tomatoes, salt, and pepper; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in spinach until wilted.
- Combine pasta with the beef mixture; serve hot.

- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Top with grated cheese if desired.
