Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 13×18 inch baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, oil, milk, and eggs.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before frosting.
Notes
- Top with cream cheese frosting for added flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
