A delicious pumpkin praline bread pudding perfect for fall.
Ingredients

- 4 cups cubed bread
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, milk, cream, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Add the cubed bread to the mixture and stir until well coated.
- Fold in the chopped pecans.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle maple syrup on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- This dish can be made a day ahead and reheated.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream for extra indulgence.
