  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, milk, cream, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Add the cubed bread to the mixture and stir until well coated.
  4. Fold in the chopped pecans.
