Delicious pumpkin pecan crescent rolls perfect for fall.
Ingredients

- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 1 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, chopped pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a baking sheet.
- Place a spoonful of the pumpkin mixture at the wide end of each crescent roll.
- Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Serve warm for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be made ahead and frozen.
