Ingredients
- Pumpkin puree: 2 cups
- Pecans: 1 cup, chopped
- Brown sugar: 1 cup

- Milk: 1 cup

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Prepare the pecan topping by toasting chopped pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract into the pumpkin mixture. In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder, then gradually add to the pumpkin mixture.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 40-45 minutes.
- Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving warm, optionally topped with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
