Ingredients

- 1 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine pumpkin puree, chickpeas, tahini, and olive oil.
- Add lemon juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
- Serve with pita chips or veggies.
