- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Spoon the batter into ghost-shaped molds.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to create icing.
- Frost the cooled cakes with icing and decorate with chocolate chips.
