Description
A festive twist on classic deviled eggs with pumpkin and spices.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Salt to taste
- Fresh chives for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add pumpkin puree, mayonnaise, mustard, pumpkin pie spice, and salt to the yolks.
- Mash and mix until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with chopped chives.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Can be made a day ahead.
- Store in the refrigerator until serving.
