  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
