- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt butter and mix with sugar and eggs.
- Add vanilla, flour, cocoa powder, and salt; mix well.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and brown sugar.
- Pour half the brownie batter into the pan.
- Spoon pumpkin mixture over the brownie layer.
- Add remaining brownie batter on top.
- Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.
