A rich and creamy pumpkin cheesecake brownie pie with a chocolatey crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a pie dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  5. Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  6. Pour pumpkin mixture over the crust in the pie dish.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  8. Let cool before slicing.
