- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and pumpkin puree.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Once firm, remove from plastic wrap and roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans.
- Serve with crackers or vegetables.

- Adjust spices to your taste.
