Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and spices.
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla to the mixture.
- In another bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the chopped pecans.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with whipped cream.
- You can substitute pecans with walnuts if preferred.
